RSS National Executive Council Meeting to Be Held in Indore from November 2
Bhopal: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will hold its All-India Executive Council meeting, known as the Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, from November 2 to 4.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale are among the senior functionaries expected to attend the meeting, one of the organisation’s key forums for reviewing activities and discussing future plans.
The meeting will also bring together six joint general secretaries, members of the National Executive Council, office-bearers from 46 provincial units (prants) and Sanghchalaks, Karyavahs and Pracharaks representing 11 regions (kshetras).

Held during the RSS centenary year, the meeting is expected to review programmes and activities undertaken so far. Discussions will also cover issues raised by Bhagwat in his Vijayadashami address, along with the organisation’s priorities, expansion plans and efforts to strengthen its ideological activities.
Other issues likely to figure in the deliberations include challenges posed by emerging media platforms, rising drug abuse, alleged foreign interference in India’s internal affairs and the evolving global situation.
