Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan is recovering steadily after undergoing shoulder surgery at Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, his wife Anna Lezhneva said on Monday.
According to family members, doctors performed a three-and-a-half-hour surgery on Pawan Kalyan’s right shoulder after he was diagnosed with a severe rotator cuff injury affecting both shoulders.
Sharing a photograph of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu visiting Pawan Kalyan at the hospital, Anna Lezhneva posted an emotional message on social media, saying her husband has always endured pain without complaining.
“Pawan never shows his pain. The burden he carries in life is greater than his physical pain. He rarely speaks about his suffering, and only when it becomes unbearable,” she wrote.
She added that her immediate priority is to ensure he receives the best possible care and emotional support during his recovery.
“It is my responsibility to provide him with the best care and reassure him that he is in safe hands. His health is improving every day, and we are confident that he will recover fully,” Anna said.
