Bengaluru: Actor Rishab Shetty has heaped praise on the makers and star cast of Ramayana, particularly Ranbir Kapoor and Yash, following his viewing of the film.
Taking to X, Shetty congratulated director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra, saying they had done justice to the timeless epic.
Praising Ranbir Kapoor’s portrayal of Lord Rama, Shetty said the actor brought calmness, grace and dignity to the role, describing his performance as sincere and convincing.
Shetty reserved special praise for Yash’s portrayal of Ravana, calling it a proud moment. He said Yash’s commanding screen presence and intensity made the character compelling throughout.
The actor also applauded Sai Pallavi as Sita, highlighting her grace, strength and emotional depth. He described Ravi Dubey as an excellent choice for Lakshmana, praising his energy, innocence and intensity.
Shetty further expressed admiration for the ensemble, including Sunny Deol, Rakul Preet Singh, Anupam Kher, Vivek Oberoi and Kajal Aggarwal, along with music composers AR Rahman and Hans Zimmer.
