T N Seetharam brings back iconic serial characters in new YouTube series ‘Mundina Adhyaya’

BENGALURU: Veteran Kannada television director T N Seetharam has launched a new short-series, Mundina Adhyaya, revisiting the stories of characters from his popular television serials.

The series, which premiered on Monday, will stream from Monday to Friday between 8.30pm and 9pm on the Bhoomika Talkies YouTube channel.

Known for his courtroom-based serials and strong character-driven narratives, Seetharam has conceived Mundina Adhyaya as a continuation of stories that ended on television. The series will pick up the lives of popular characters from where their original stories left off.

The first season focuses on Magalu Janaki, one of Seetharam’s well-known serials, whose story had ended midway. The new season is expected to comprise around 10 to 15 episodes and will explore what happened to the characters after the original series.

Seetharam is also expected to revisit characters from other popular serials in subsequent episodes or seasons. Madhavi Patel is among the stories that could feature in the series.

With Mundina Adhyaya, Seetharam is attempting to give viewers an opportunity to reconnect with some of his most remembered television characters while taking their stories forward in a new format.
